  • What should I wear to a Pilates class?
For comfort and safety, we recommend wearing form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Most importantly, grippy socks are required to prevent slipping and to maintain hygiene in our studio.
  • Do I need any prior experience to join a Pilates class?
No prior experience is necessary. Our classes cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors are skilled in adapting exercises to meet individual needs.
  • How often should I attend Pilates classes to see results?
Consistency is key in Pilates. We recommend attending classes 2-3 times per week to see improvements in flexibility, strength, and posture.
  • What are the benefits of Pilates?
Pilates offers numerous benefits, including improved posture, increased muscle strength and tone, enhanced flexibility, and better balance. Additionally, it can help reduce stress and alleviate pain associated with physical imbalances.
  • Can Pilates help with injury recovery?
Yes, Pilates is often recommended as a form of therapeutic exercise. It strengthens muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility, which can be crucial in the recovery process. However, you should consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, especially if you’re recovering from an injury.
