It’s not always possible to fit a trip to one of our studios into a packed schedule. If you can’t make it to us, we can organise for one of our coaches to come directly to you for outdoor personal training in a park or in your garden.

Much like training in one of our gyms, our outdoor personal training packages are tailored to you and your body. Whether you’re looking to build strength, stamina, run intervals or recover from an injury, we’ll put a realistic and achievable plan in place to help you reach your goals. You won’t need to bring any equipment to our sessions, our trainers will bring everything that’s required, just turn up in some comfortable clothes at the arranged time.
In the park, office, home or garden
Our trainers don’t just work in the park, they can travel anywhere our clients request if it helps fit their workout plans into their life. Whether you’re in the office, at home, in your garden or anywhere else we can help organise a session for you.
